Prayer Requests
Our Prayer Requests encourages prayer for the pastors, prayer team & hub members, ministries, and members of Osborne Free Methodist Church, along with our national leaders, missionaries, and people / issues of concern in the community.
We also have our pastor available and on call to meet with you any time to pray.
At Osborne Free Methodist Church , we believe that it’s really tough to grow spiritually unless we are connected relationally. That’s just the way God made us. Life change happens best when we are in community with others – in Small Groups! As individuals and as a body, God has uniquely gifted us to make a difference in the world around us. We are called to love and serve God and people. We do this by demonstrating kindness, mercy, and grace, serving others, meeting their needs, and reaching out into the world around us.
Small Groups come in all shapes and sizes – married couples, singles, men, women, family, friends, neighbors, and co-workers. The important thing is that people are meeting regularly (in living rooms, bars, or cafes) to become more like Jesus together.
Our goal is for this church to be a church of SERVANTS on every level…as a corporate body, as a Cell (Growth) Group, and as individuals… We want to be a blessing to our community and the people in it.
Being involved in a Small Group will change your life. In a nutshell, Willy Wonka said it best.
“In your wildest dreams you could not imagine the marvelous surprises that await you!”
***Our desire is NOT to take people out of the world and create a little subculture that is disconnected and insignificant to society, but instead to keep people connected in the world and to see themselves as ambassadors of God (representatives, missionaries, soldiers on mission) to the world around them and to see their lives as a force for good.
